Cantact the comapnies that are using that PO box as your address and tell them to change it. I thought you could put in a change of address for a different name going to the PO box. Try filling a change out and dropping it in a mailbox rather than doing right at the office and see if they do it or you can go online and fill out a change.

Well, first of all, they cannot do that. At least I think they can't. If you have trouble changing your address, you need to ask to talk to a manager, and explain your problem to them. Just be honest and tell them that your mail keeps going to your ex-bf's mom, and you want that to stop. Give them your new address, and tell them that you want your mail to be delivered to the new address. If you talk to the clerks, and you can't find a solution, talking to the manager is the next step. Besides, the issue here is not the PO, but your own mail. Let the manager know that your bf doesn't want to close the PO, but the issue here is your mail being delivered to the wrong address. Like I said, talk to the manager, and tell them they have to do something to make the changes or what alternatives they have, but you want your problem resolved as soon as possible.
