You can download full albums from http://www.albumbase.com. No single tracks, but there is no P2P software that you have to download in order to get access to the songs.

Go to www.limewire.com and download the version that works for your computer. Then, set it up and download the song. Limewire uses hosts so it may or may not take a while. Then, save the song and it will be in your PC music Library. Make sure to save it into the My Music folder in My Documents or create a new folder. Then you can transfer it to a CD or just leave it there if you wish.
