I thought it was awesome. It is a movie that you have to really watch and catch every detail. I havent watched a new movie that made me think so much in a long time. The ending just blows your mind.

It was slow. I enjoyed it enough by the end. When I watched some bonus features, it said that the movie was laid out like a magic trick. with the turn and the prestige in it. So after the twist at the end, I went back to watch it again to see if I could see more this time, but I gave up. It just didn't merit a second viewing. The only good thing about the movie really, was it had great stars that I enjoy watching.

Started well, looked great, was eventually bogged down by its own ambition to be so freakin' clever.
The big twists and surprises ended up being anything but - we knew for awhile that Angier made clones, and did they really expect us not to figure out that was Christian Bale, mute, and in false whiskers?
But it was a good solid movie - I enjoyed it. I just didn't rave about it, or tell anyone to rush out to see it.

It was all right; my husband thought it was boring and I personally didn't find it awe-inspiring, but it was worth the money I spent to see it in the theater. Well worth it if you're a Hugh Jackman and/or Christian Bale fan.

BORING but as I watched it with the commentary then watched it again it turned out to be actually pretty clever.

I WATCH THE MOVIE I LIKE IT VERY MUCH YOU HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE MOVIE BECAUSE IF YOU LOOSE ONE SECOND FORGET IT YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THE END. IS REALLY GOOD. THE END ???????

That movie was VeryVery confusing. It wasn't directed well either.
