Well I suppose you don't want to just pencil your eyebrows on there so I would have to suggest a lotion to use that will hopefully get rid of the dryness and help the hair grow. I would suggest you try Melaleuca's lotion called Renew. Melaleuca products are great for eczema treatment. The secret is in the tea tree oil that is in all their products and I do know that tea tree oil in shampoo helps hair growth so it may work with eyebrows to. I can give you a small bottle to try if you want. Just email me your mailing address to missyworkathome@yahoo.com
Here is a study on Melaleuca's renew lotion on eczema

There are many improved eczema creams out there now, a dermatologist is your best bet especially since it is close to your eyes and around your brow. You want to be very careful with any product you use close to your eyes. Almay is a good hypo allergenic product, that is something you want to consider many have extra dyes and ingredients that may be contributing to your problem.

Go along to a department store and explain the problem.
They may be able to recommend some cream but more importantly they will be able to show you how to draw on some natural looking eyebrows. This should give you back a bit of confidence.
A dermatologist/ pharmacist should be able to recommend a good cream for the eczema.
good luck honey!

last resort: take a eye pencil thats the same color as your eyebrow and carefully go over the hair you have. it will make them a little darker, making them seem thicker. actually, i think they make brow pencils now. and im pretty sure they have them at drugstores. try CVS? or Brooks?

I think Vaseline is really good, I also put a little on my eyelashes before I go to bed. I think this conditions them.

use an eyebrow pencil one shade lighter than your natural color to fill in the gap. if its a permanent thing you can always get them tattooed in
