When I applied, I decided that I want to eradicate conflicts.
My major was global and multinational studies and my concentration was conflict resolution and prevention.
I started "impacting society" right there in college. I had plenty of opportunities to participate in many conferences, were we tried to find solutions to some ongoing conflicts.
I started a fundraiser for orphans.
Finally thanks to our modern technology, we started intercultural dialogue with the students from Cairo.Thanks to this dialogue we were able to educate our local community about other culture, their fears and their hopes.
More cultural understanding brings more tolerance.
If all Universities and schools were doing what we initiated, then we can erase many prejudices.
This is actually what we are working on now.
But these are my experiences.

I want to teach children in public school, and hopefully I will make a difference one child at a time.
