I can't think of any good reason unless you are among the very rich. Even then you have to care very little about your fellow man to be a repuglican

At this particular point in time; it wouldn't pay to be associated with the Republican party. They have just screwed this country up so much. They'll will more than likely bounce back, but their going to have to make some serious adjustments.

I ask that question all the time! Better yet, how can so many vote republican when a lot of their policy is not in their best interest financially?

You have to look at what is the normal thinking of a republican; I rich and want to keep it all, I do not want to pay for any other peoples problems, i do not want to help anyone, and the working class worker is there for my benefit.
Look what I do for you in office, vote against programs to help the elderly, poor, needy, education, kids, and to help worker rights and safety.

Would you rather be a democrat and support the sexual assualt on little boys...remember...NAMBLA is a DEM org. supported by and defended by the ACLU...also a DEM ORG,
Would you rather be an independant....lets see the last independant Prez was....Teddy Roosevelt...so that would make your vote worth....ZERO...
Vote within the republican party and make changes by voting in PRIMARIES...help steer the GOP to be even better...
