Obviously. If you're a real pet keeper you should know that love is one of the three other things a pet needs to survive. (I assume you know the others)

All the time.. And I am not joking.. Each and every time I see My three dogs I tell them that I love them and rub thier tummies and pet them.
I tell my mother that I love her also ,, sometimes so many times that she gets tired of it.
I sure wish that I had a GF to love too

By attending their basic needs of food and shelter, by playing and interacting with them as often as possible (at least once a day) and by showing them affection through petting and praising them.
You are the leader of their pack and they look to you for everything - be a kind but firm and benevolent leader and they will adore you for it.

Yes, your animals have feelings like everyone else. They love attention and affection. They don't really understand words sometimes (i swear they can some sort of 6th sense), its more your tone and hand gestures they are aware of. Your animal will be by your side no matter what if treated properly and with love and caring. :)

yes all the time. i must tell my dog i love her at least a million times a day. after i tell her i love her she i give her kisses and hugs and she gives me kisses and lets me rub her belly.

well i just talk to him in a calm smooth way while petting them and praising him.i dont neccesarily tell him i love him but i show him i do
