If you cant get it off you can take a chisel and hammer and work it off, then go buy a new set of lug nuts from your neighborhood auto store.

!. Remove Drum/rotor
2.Cut shaft of lug bolt under the nut
3.Using a center punch or small rod, hammer the stud down out of the hole.
4.Go to parts house with striped lug nut and bolt. purchase replacement lug and bolt
5.In back of drum/rotor push with rubber hammer the lug bolt.
6. after you have at least as many threads on the bolt as there are on the nut, carefully thread nut onto lug bolt.
7.Using socket wrench, tighten up on the lug nut to bring it all the way through the hole.
8.Remove lug nut, and replace drum/rotor on spindle.
NOTE: If you have a rear brake drum the log bolts will most likely be in the axle, you will still need to cut off the striped nut before you can remove the drum. Then replace the lug bolt through the axle and seat it as before...A simple procedure but I strongly recommend you get a "Haynes Manual" for your car, It shows almost every procedure on or about your car...Good Luck.

Sears has pretty good tools for getting stripped lug nuts off. Go talk to one of their guys.

do you have an 1/2 " drive impact wrench slam a smaller socket 12 point works well for the teeth if not drill out the center of stud to break it then replace stud and lug

You can "rethread" the shaft bolt and then buy a new lug nut and it will work fine.

Tire shops have a tool to get it off, it costs some money, but they will get it off and you will obviously need a new one, and maybe a new stud.
