Go the the hardware store, and ask for a tool called a "nut cracker". This toll is like a clamp, with a sharp wedge driven by a screw thread. You put it around the nut and tighten until the wedge splits the nut.

This is a very common problem. You can remove the brake disk. Then grab the heaviest sledge hammer you got, and pound the bad stud out. Take it to Autozone or where ever and get a new one. Tipically there are differnt legnth options. Its about 2 dollars per bolt. I recommend replacing any others that are starting to cross thread now. Put it in and tighten the nut to press it in to the hub. Replace ALL of the wheel nuts because it is a matter of time before another crosstheads. The best prices I know is from Discount tire. It is 99 cents per nut, and they only sell the improved design of the "acorn" wheel nut along with many others.

spray the front and back side of the lug with some type of penetrating oil, then beat it from the front side with a (BOH) Big ole hammer, till the lug comes out, go to the parts store and pick up a new one for a couple of bucks.
