In naruto what happened to the 4th hokage?

Im not talking about the old one that got killed by orochimaru thats the 3rd, Im talking about the one that seald the demon fox inside naruto he has blond hair and blue eyes

for stupid naruto people, YONDAIME is another term for fourth it is not his name. anyway the shinigami that the third used to take away orochimaru's arms is what killed the fourth hokage, he used that jutsu to seal the kyubi in naruto, that is why the same seal appears on the third when he uses it, which is also why the fourth cannot be the leader of akatsuki, his soul is trapped inside the shinagami. the third even states in the episode that this is what the fourth used.
