Oblivion IV Elder Scrolls.?

Question

I am tryin to level up as much as possible, however I cant seem to do anything to help improve my alteration and conjuration, and mysticism spells. I have no alteration spells to use, and same goes for the conuration. can anyone lead me to where I can buy simple spells for these three sections of skills. Any help would be appreciated. I am a Mage and a level 10 but have no spells to use to level up.

You can buy Bound Dagger (Conjuration) at the Discount Spell's shop in the Imperial City Market district.

You can buy some of the other spells there too. He's got a wide variety of spells. The best spells to use to train are spells that target yourself, so buy spells like Minor Life Detection (Mysticism) or a weak Feather or Shield spell (Alteration).

With the mentioned spells, they cancel if you cast the spell again so just keep casting over and over, you don't have to wait for the effect to end. With Bound Dagger (or any bound weapon) you have to put the weapon away if you want to use the spell again, and to save time, I suggest you un-equip your normal weapon, since if you put the bound weapon away, you automatically draw your normal weapon.

Do mage guild missions and buy spells from mage guild shops. Using spells increases the stat that governs that spell. (Heal spells increase restoration, unlock spells increase alteration etc..) Each city has a mage guild with a shop that specializes in certain types of magic. Just find the right shop and they will carry spells for all types of magic.

if your a nord keep using summon skeleten (conjuration) there is a mage shop in the main town and you can buy summon scamp there, try exploring to other town and looking at their shops too
