Layer your clothes, pile on more clothes, use blankets when sitting around, be sure your feet are not cold b/c I find that when my feet are cold, my whole body feels cold. Yes, & as suggested try to move around a lot esp when your at your coldest. Eat/drink something warm or hot like soup, hot cocoa, coffee....

Maybe you left the flew of the chimney open. I did that the other day and my heat would not turn off because cold air just kept coming in down the chimney. You also may need more energy efficient windows, or better insulation in the attic.

I would suggest getting your iron levels checked. A sign of anemia is to be cold a lot. If you notice you are always cold when others aren't, I would definitely have it at least checked. Find someone to cuddle with in the mean time!

hot tea with milk and honey works well. try to have a closed doors and windows and see if there is no hole inside. if it does not work, try to see who you are cold? physiological reasons?
