Let's assume the average speed of a walking human is 4 miles per hour.
It would take 27 /4 = 8.75 hours or 8 hours 45 minutes.
Since that's a pretty long time to walk we could drop the average speed down to 3 miles per hour so it comes out at a nice round 9 hours.

A person can walk a mile in about 15 minutes if he gets with it. So we will say the average for 27 miles, predicting breaks, etc., will be 25 minutes per mile. He'd end his walk in 11 hours and 15 minutes, give or take a little.

In the Army we were required to do 12 mile forced marches in three hours, with 30lbs ruck, so I assume you could do 27 in 6 to 8 hours. 6 might be a little unrealistic, but some of the above estimates are way overboard. With no additional weight, good physical conditioning, and adequate water 7.5 seems reasonable.

Most people would get tired and need to rest several times if they tried to walk that far. I say 11 or 12 hours.

Depends on the average speed that person is walking at.

How fast the person is walking? Divide the distance by his speed (assumed constant), and you will know how long it will take.
