1. because they have a personal life
2. They keep their life as secluded as possible because they don't want others to know their business
3.Because they don't want to bothered with the out side people

1. There is an implied right to privacy which should cover medical history and conditions or financial matters of the public figure.
2. There should be a clear cut separartion of all matters which do not pertain to the public side duties of an actor, politician or other public figure which is not for the public to know and finally,
3. There are innocent people associated with the public figure's life such as his/her family which are due 100% right to a private personal life.

the only reason I can think of is because it's personal.... but! if the person is a public figure- the personal side of life got thrown out the window when they decided on their career.
