The jets r a very good team... if pennington and lavernious coles can stay healthy and if jones has a descent year so the opposing defense can shift their focus away from the pass then they will have a solid team... their defence is a little shakey... if they can get some good impact players on defence from the draft and free agency... they'll certainly make the playoffs.

They have potential, but untill Pennington and Coles prove that they are the long-term answers for this team at QB and WR, I don't think they will improve that greatly because of Thomas Jones. I mean, where they THAT good when Curtis Martin was healthy? Curtis Martin is a (possible) future Hall of Famer.
I believe that they'll still be a playoff team, but not because of their offense.

They will definitely be in the hunt for a wild-card spot. With Thomas Jones taking pressure off of Pennington, their offense will be potent. They have a good o-line with a lot of youth. If they can stay healthy, they'll be good. Their defense is pretty good as well. Jonathan Vilma will be a probowler for sure and they'll give the Pats a run for their money.

I'm a Pats Fan.. I think the Jets are going to be much more dangerous with Jones.. he is a well conditioned athlete that will be able to carry the team on his back.. literally and figurativly..
They need another dominant d lineman and a bone jarring safety

I am a bears fan and not happy with the trade they made. I think the jets will do much better with thomas. i am just saying that because thomas is or was one of my favorite players. i just wish he would've stayed with the bears longer.

Top 15, that's really keeping your expectations low. Then again being a J-E-T-S fan I guess you have to keep it low. Sorry Chad is not a strong enough leader.

well they have an aight offense, if Pennington stays healthy, the O line blocks and the WR's catch they should be aight.... But
D-fense, IDK about that, they will definently have to work on Defense...
