It is paid for so no money is owed, how exactly do i sign it over to another family member?? thanks alot

Usually you can do this with a Quit Claim deed. My father did this once for me. I think he had to put a selling price even though it was a gift; he just put $100. Call your Registrar of Deeds and they can get you started.

You will need a Grant Deed not a Quitclaim Deed. Grant Deeds are usually found on the internet or at a Stationary Store. You will want to talk to your County Recorder's office. You usually dont have to declare a denomination if its between Grandparents > Parents > Children if its within the same family tree line. Your County Recorder should and usually will give you all the information you need to get this done. You may also need a Notary for an acknowledgment. Do these for my clients and only time I use the Quitclaim is when a family member does not want a spouse to have any vested interest in the property.

I think its called a quitclaim deed. You declare you no longer want or need the property and are granting it to someone else.

You can get an attorney to sign it over. I did that, It cost me only $100.

go to the courthouse and get a Quitclaim Deed - or download one from the internet - take to courthouse
