If you use a condom and use it properly you should be fine. If she is on birth control and takes it properly you should be fine. The key is using the protection that you're using properly.

There is nothing in this world you can be sure of. Just make sure if you do it, she is the type of person you would want to be the mother of your children. My first girlfriend jumped on me several times a day and even in public or her family in the other room and in the midst of one time the condom split in half and afterward we almost couldn't find it in her. One day we were ice skating and as she spun around I noticed her slim figure was bulging and her jeans were too tight. I loved her and we planned to marry, but she decided to abort and then the guilt made her hate to look at me as I reminded her of the guilt she felt for deciding to have the procedure. We continued to live together, sexless, for about a year, because her guilt feelings and hate for me permeated every second we spent together. This whole series of events forever traumatized me and this day I have no idea how her life is or where or if she still is alive. My point is condoms are only as strong as their weakest imperfection, and reguardless of whether you are pro-this or pro-that, having your potential children sucked out of their life sustaining womb is disturbing for both genetic donors unless you have no conscience and therefore would be classified by psychoanalysts as a psychopath which is a rare form of psycho-social deviancy whereby the individual cannot relate to others normally and often have no emotional connection with reality.

How old are you anyways? If you're gonna do it, do it right. But just remember, you pay the price for any consequences. So be prepared. If you think you're old enough and responsible enough to handle sex, make sure you think you're old enough and resposible enough to raise a baby, if that were to happen and you know it could. Two methods of protection are always better than one. But one can be enough as long as it's used right. The pill = no skipping out. Condom = make sure you know how to put it on right and make sure there's enough lube so it doesn't break. Be Safe and Good Luck!

Well, the safest bet is to not have sex at all...
If you do chose to (and your sure!) then a condom is a pretty good bet. If you use it correctly and responsibly then you should be fine. However, pulling out would be that added security. And you really don't want to take that risk, so yes, pull out.

The pull out method is not an effictive means of preventing pregnancy. My advice would be don't do it at all because the condom can break or you could precum and get her pregnant on accident.

your probably too young to have sex, but in the event that you do, then yes. that would be best and you need to wear a condom.
