Will any easily removable add on type chip show up on a workshop computer, even by code should it be removed prior to garage visits?
where can i find one?

Any chipping may well turn up on the computer interrogation. I don't know what Seat have to do with it, but Ford certainly won't be happy.

No way.
When cheating by adding a chip most of the warranty is affected. since the chip will affect engine rate and perfs SEAT will also change its views on the warranty they offer. You will keep the warranty on non engine related part of your car... (Painting, seats, ...)
