By always telling the truth and by not putting yourself in situations were telling the truth becomes hard to do. Keeping it real is not beating around the bush and saying what you have to say to the person you have to say it to. Being a very good communicator.

God is reality. Being one with God is a good way to knowing what is real. But the love of money makes God second best, and then it is not possible to know what is real and what is a lie. If being in reality is what you want, God is the only one who can help you to know what is real.
