Night.....Best book yet....it deals with the holocaust and a jew's struggle throught it....watching his family be seperated and killed off during the world......its fascinated to hear it from a survivors point of view since he's been through a miracle but also sad to hear him tell it and recount the events its dreadful.....It also makes you think about good and evil.....why do they exist and so forth...♥

At some point I had read so many books it became difficult to be able to pick just one. And even if I do it's not actually one because I would have to pick the Dark Tower seies by Stephen King. It is definitely the longest story I've ever read and was worth every page. It just brought so much together in one series of stories it's hard to pick one thing about it that sticks with me. As a rule King is my favorite author and for everything he has written Dark Tower is his best which I guess makes sense since the writing of the series spans over twenty years of his life.

Lucas by Kevin Brooks. It has an amazing plot that keeps you reading and it pulls you through ever emotion. Scribbler of Dreams by Mary E. Pearson does the same. They are both great books, although they are modern and aimed more at the 15-20 age range. For other great books, I'd recommend The Virgin Suicides, The Haunting of Hill House, and Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

My favorite book is titled " All I really need to know I learned in Kindergarten" by Robert Fulghum. It is funny, yet serious in looking at life through the authors eyes. But it's more than that. I know everyone says that they read a book so great, that they just couldn't put it down, but in this case, it actually happened to me. I won't give away any secrets, but if you like to smile, pick up this book, read just a paragraph or two, and see if you don't feel the same.

I don't know if I have one favorite or not, but The Satanic Verses by Salman Rushdie is an incredible piece of fiction. His use of prose is fantastic, original and descriptive, and once you get used to his style, the story really sucks you in. :)

Persuasion by Jane Austen, because I wish for what Anne Elliot got - a second chance.
