I don't think so...obviously as long as they are not in while you are trying. :-) They are FDA approved and io have not ever seen any negative information linking tampons to inability to conceive. however, if it would make you feel better to use pads, then I would. Stress is one of the top reasons why women don't conceive. Do whatever you need to feel stress-free! Good luck!

They didn't affect my fertility. There are no studies that have ever showed they do or they'd be off the market. Or else no one who ever used tampons would accidentally get pregnant.
