I want an answer for this because I think I have not satisfied my wife since after my first ejaculation, it seems I have lost my sex appetite and cannot regain another climax.

It is possible, but not likely. Men have longer refractory times than women. If a man has a short refractory period, then it is possible to have another orgasm. Sorry, most of us aren't so lucky :(

what i do is i bypass for that top feeling , accurate earlier ejaculation, certain this is the as solid although this is fantastically close, so i am going to bypass then quit even as i'm close then come decrease back right now and that i save going for see you later as i visit. in a great number of cases via then I orgasm, although the merely large difference is i'm getting that gratifying feeling for 10 seconds, quite than 3 or 5

I can if my first one is not really intense, then maybe two or three.
But I'd just concentrate on lasting longer. Or going down on her first, when she's close to an orgasm, ram it in and go for it.

very few guys can orgasm twice or three times, it's rare but it happens
