Do you mean discovered or made? Because it was already there when people discoverd it.
But any way scientists think that it could of been first erected around 2500 bc and 2000 bc. It took about 3,000 to construct it. (it wasn't completed all at once, just in case you didnt know)

Stonehenge has been around since prehistoric times but its name dates from the time of the Saxons (500AD onward).

The Anglo-Saxon word for a gallows is 'henge' and that is what these people thought they were, on account of the trilithons which are the large upright stones arranged in pairs with another one across the top.

Stonehedge isn't like an archolgical sight that is dug up its more like the pyramids its always been there its just part of an anciet civilization that is still being discovered.
