He is telling him things like I am not a virgin but I am. And all this other crap. And that I still have feelings for him. I don't! How do I get him to stop? He's being a complete a**hole.

He obviously still likes you and is finding a way for you and your boyfriend to breakup. So just tell him to shut up or get a life.

It really sucks that your ex-boyfriend can't get a hold of himself and be a little more mature. It's obvious that he is angry because of the way your relationship with him turned out, and he is
craving some sort of revenge.
Instead of just yelling and protesting, ignore your immature ex's remarks and let your current boyfriend know that what he is saying is not true and you'd appreciate it if he could just ignore him as well. Your boyfriend should understand. This ex of yours wants attention but if he doesn't receive it, he may stop his actions sooner than you think.
If it continues, confront your ex and tell him that his immature behavior is NOT appreciated and NEEDS to stop. If you're in high school and if you're feeling harrassed and overwhelmed, let a teacher or the principal know that this ex-boyfriend will not leave you alone and is spreading nasty rumours about you. If you're not in high school, cut off all connections that you or your current boyfriend may have with your ex. Change your email address or just block his email address, and get Caller ID or some other option if he tends to phone often.

I had something similar happen to me once. I approached my ex boyfriend at a party when he was surrounded by his friends, and I confronted him. I asked him what exactly I had done, and that I wanted all of his friends to hear the TRUTH! He couldn't lie about me when I was there! He later came up to me, and called me a "redneck" - hey if that's what getting to the bottom of it is - then I am! You could do something like this when you see the two of them together.
