It's from 3 cycles ago, the one with Bre and Nicole as the winner, Ms J was the witch and they were running on a treadmill

In cycle 7 there was a weird final runway show where CariDee and Melrose looked like zoombies and were running through a cavelike thing. They were told to look scared. It would have been the finale of cycle 7 where Cari Dee wins.
