If God created the universe to be perfect, then we'd be perfect. Then by definition God created the universe to be imperfect. We being imperfect must put up with stick in the mud theology that demands perfection, according to their short sighted, idiotic, definition of what perfect is. The faithful must insist that their point of view is again flawless. God did not give a damn about perfect. Have the faithful no sympathy for God? It did It's very best, and that just knocks my socks off, everything from H atoms to blue giant super nova, and the faithful are worried about their prayer beads. Its no contest people, you cannot, all us together, cannot offend God. We can't do it. Get off the high horse, it's the height of arrogance to think we can insult God. Who do you guys think you are. Evil is trying to put on the trappings of power for illicit gain. The only difference between people and starving pigs, is manners, and accessories. We must have pride in ourselves with or without a God. Everything really known about God is found d in Science, not the Bible. If you know what I'm talking about then further the awestruckness by reading up on an item called a Transcendental Number. Read up on the -Curve of Binding Energy-. This universe was put in place to answer a problem the Creator was having, not to make believers. The Prime Mover does not require worship, nor does it want it. We've got a galaxy to conquer, and we're wondering instead about if there is a heaven or hell. Please remember that the way you tell if a law is divine is If it's a law of God, you cannot break it. Try violating any of the laws of thermodynamics. Try going faster that the speed of light in this 3d enviroment. TRY.

The universe is not perfect, not by any definition of the word, and if there were no people in it, it'd still not be perfect.
If you take perfect to mean "complete" then certainly people are not, otherwise they'd be no need to learn. For the universe, if it were complete it'd not be expanding or changing. As for the other meanings of perfect, certainly no one can said to be perfect, without error. People are born with disabilities, others make bad judgments.
As for the choice of evil, these are negative traits, and so no one perfect can be evil. A desire to deceive, or do wrong to another would show a weakness, and so this is not a sign of one who has perfection.
I don't know where you are getting the puppet idea from though. If we are puppets, then we are not complete, and so, not perfect.

This is arguably a religious question instead of a philosophical one, because any answer is going to depend greatly on the nature of God and the nature of Heaven.
But assuming that you're talking about some facsimile of Christianity, one could argue that evil IS allowed in Heaven. After all, we know that a third of those in Heaven chose to leave and follow someone else, something that is usually portrayed in that religion as an evil act.
Certainly the Divine might also be careful enough about entry requirement such that the only people who end up in Heaven are those who don't WANT to do evil. Then there would be no evil there not because it's impossible, but because nobody makes that choice and there are no circumstances present which would cause people to make bad choices.
Whether the Divine is quite so choosy I leave to whatever flavour of theology you happen to ascribe to. Peace.

noone is ever really a puppet, you always do what you're supposed to do but noone is forcing you to do it there's never a "what if" but the fact that you did, the universe can be perfect but have inperfect qualities, that is what makes it perfect, perfect isn't doing everything right or being proper but more along the lines of having imperfections if everyone in the world was perfect we would be right all the time and not being perfect is what makes us perfect, there is no true things as evil but powerful people making the wrong desicions

The universe doesn't have to run smoothly to be perfect. Man doesn't have to be flawless to be perfect. The perfection is in the flaw. IF there is a god the universe he created is perfect for him because it serves his purpose perfectly. Seperate the wheat from the chaff. The whole point of life on earth from a religious point of view is to test. If we were all totally without evil we would just rise into heaven and the earth would be pointless.

I don't believe He made the world to be perfect. I think that He MEANT for life to be a struggle so only the worthy could go to heaven.
Also, I believe that in heaven, you are truly happy. There is no reason to choose evil, even if you were given the choice.

I just don't believe that their is temptations in heaven. What divides us from good and evil is not always what you do but you are. Like you said nobody is perfect some are a just a product of their environment and faced with greater temptations. In heaven, we will not be puppets just free of temptations and the cruelties that we face on this earth.

creation of this universe is a attempt to sift the sturdy from the undesirable. efficient are promised eternity in paradise, jointly as unsuccessful are promised punishment for no longer following what grew to become into set out for us. there is not any imperfection, each and every thing is created in basic terms because it grew to become into meant to be. there is not any injustice, if a baby dies then they're entered in paradise without reckoning. each and every thing would be accounted for and people who have been wronged gets recompensed and people who wronged against others would be made to blame. we can all meet our maker... and not something will go unseen. the only thank you to fulfillment is that if we abide by technique of Gods regulation, which one might desire to seek to ascertain this is genuine... different than on the instant human beings love sin better than there hereafter... God does as God wills. Evil is a creation of God to objective the human beings to verify who's worth of his bounty. Evil is in submission to God and is in basic terms Evil with the permission of God. God helps the evil to take place and He actual has the superb means over all of it.

Perfect has nothing to do with your mind.....You wouldn't become puppets because you had a choice before and you chose it and now your living in Heavenly Bliss.......You cant become puppets just because there is no choice for you to pick e.g good or evil....you are just going to live a worriless, stree-free, and peaceful life....(afterlife)...♥
