I identify as one, and am wondering about the disparity. Is it real or perceived, on account of men being more open about it? Now PLEASE do not report this question - it is a BONA FIDE question!

Actually, to those who say that men's feet are so nasty, women may have better foot hygiene, but they do NOT take better medical care of their feet, withg those deforming high heels and all.
Men's feet tend to be more symmetrical.
I like both male and female, really. Different features.

Because men can more easily separate the 'person' from the object.... men already are more emotionally and personally detached. Therefore, placing their emtions and attractions into an object, NOT a whole person, comes much more naturally or easily to men.

Women, on the other hand, invest and expect much more deeper connection with a whole PERSON, not just their foot.
