I've never had a problem with them , I've been buying from them for about 5 years now , they have been in the business for over 25 years , does that tell you about their reputation , if they weren't reliable they wouldn't still be around .

I've never had a problem.
Their shipping rates can be expensive for smaller items.

i live near the orland park tiger direct
like most pc stores it is buyer beware
but i do like their return policy
do you like chinese products? kinda like walmart
