As many have said here, the official languages in the Philippines according to our constitution are English and Filipino (which was intended as a mix of various regional languages [commonly called dialects by most of us Filipinos, but an anthropology professor of mine said that they're really separate languages] but is dominated by Tagalog, the regional language of the Spanish colonial capital).
Someone above said mentioned creole Spanish--it's called Chabacano, and is spoken in Zamboanga City in Mindanao. There also used to be a small pocket of Chabacano speakers in the Batangas area, but I doubt they exist anymore.

Tagalog. There's no spanish in Philippines. Cebuano or Bisaya is somewhat close to spanish with some of their words. Probably due to previous spanish influence in that region but it still aint spanish by any stretch. "supposedly" english is widespread but with the recent years of america hating its not as common as they advertise.
