why? i need details. For our project in school, we are supposed to make like a newspaper thing with a headline and my headline is Beautiful To Baldie. on britney spears shaving her head. My 1 paragraph should only be 1 sentence explaining the 5 w's. 2 paragraph is details, and 3 is some background information. Second thing i need help with is thinking of another headline. Just how i did with the britney spears thing.

I am bi polar and I shaved my head when I was 24. Everyone was telling what to do and I had no control over my life. My hair was the only thing I felt I had control over. It took going to 7 different hair dressors to find someone to shave it off. My hair was to the middle of my back. I was going through baby blues too. I think my situation is kind of what she is going through. Too much stress.

Well, being that I am not Britney Spears, I have really no idea why she did it.
I can only speculate that she is not getting enough attention and needs to do something drastic in order to get it.
What better way than to shave your head and talk all crazy?

She really didn't publicly come out and say why but there has been plenty of rumors. Allegedly, her ex was calling her in for a drug test (of which they would use a hair sample) so she shaved her head so she wouldnt have a hair sample and probably for publicity as well. Makes sense, cause now shes in rehab :/

K-Fed told her to and he shaved his too Now K-Fed and Britney can have thier own reality TV show called:Coconuts!
It's All a publicity stunt and K-Fed will get more money and more money. She has to pay that $50,000 a day room at the Spa oops I mean Rehab Center.

What I heard was that Kevin threatened to take her to court for an emergency hearing on custody (which he later didn't do on the condition that she actually stay in rehab). She shaved her head to avoid her hair being tested for drugs.

Supposedly, Kevin was going to have her tested for drugs by using her hair, so she shaved it all off. I'd try to find the real story though because I heard it off the radio and even they were skeptical.

She is going trow some emotional stress. With her brake up with Keven and hanging out with the wrong people who influence her negatively. She in not my favored singer/performer but hope she gets better.

i think people need to stop dissin her! she didnt want attention! all she wanted to do was to have a start to a new life! now she knows her hair will grow back soon and she will be different and happy thats the reason why!

Well my moms friend is a hair dresser and she said that she probally is on drugs and your hair is a timeline of your life and will show if you have taken drugs or whatever so she was probally tring to hide the evidnce that she did take them
