I agree 100%!!! I blame love! The same thing happened to Alanis Morissette when she was engaged. Her music got all happy. Barf. Where's the anger??? lol I particularly hate the part in Avril's new song where she's going "laa da da daaa laa daa daa" I know its supposed to sound cute but it sounds to me like she's croaking to death.

Ironic lyrics for a chick who's married, lol. I can't stand her to begin with, but the song only makes it worse.

i really like it.. i used to like her a lot when she was coming out with her albums, she's still my favorite.. girlfriend is like me and my friends national anthem lol. i'm not saying i'm like all scary happy, but what's wrong with singing a happy song for once? and being happy that you got married? almost all of her other songs have been angry, and i dont think all of her songs on her new album the best damn thing r gonna be happy.. she just wanted one happy song for once probaly.
