I feel like i could go all the way down but my back leg doesn't go far down or bend to i can go into the splits. Does it need stretching and how???

i take ballet, and i know all about the pain of the splits. So to ctually do the splits properly, push yourelf off the floor and straighten both legs and slowly push yourself down. it will take a while, but you need to work at it
another good stretch is to lie with your bbutt against the wall and your feet straight up against the wall. let them fall into an upside-down straddle. it will hurt, but gravvity will help a lot and you can do other things while stretching

Everybody is right legged or left legged. Usually if your right handed - you want to go down in to the splits with your left leg in front. You'll know what feels comfortable.

I remember wanting to be able to do the splits when I was in Jr. High - because I wanted to be a cheerleader. I just kept trying to do the splits. That was great stretching. Plus I would sit on the floor and spread my legs out as far as I could - and then lean forward as far as I could. I'd do it everytime I thought about it. Many times a day. I remember my inner thighs being soar all the time. But by the time the tryouts came - I could do the splits. I didn't make cheerleader though.

I defidently think you need to do some strechting. the best thing to probably do it keep stretching in a straddle or down the middle. I think you could also stretch by continueing to do your splits and practice themand keep in shape.

yes it does you should sit on a pillow and try to do the splits and stay there until you feel like you back oleg is strong. Also you should do gymnastics maybe that will help

I did TaeKwonDo for awhile and we had to artwork on doing the splits, no longer the part splits element they do in cheerleading, the different form. truly what any people suggested, you merely opt for to stretch for all time. And after stretching you may exercising you limberness via appearing some intense kicks to easily save all of it loose between stretching. The longer you may carry them aside, the better. For me it helps to do it on the grass so as that i visit apply my ft to inch my legs aside. once you've someone which will be functional you, you may open your legs even as sitting on the floor and performance them carry onto your hands and push on the perimeters of your knees. that could be painful and also works extremely properly. It takes a great number of patience yet persistance will easily pay off contained in the top.
