That is steep generalization. Women are more apt to stay at home and they don't get paid at all for the work they do. I don't know if these women are part of the equation, but if they were then that would be the reason for the difference. Also more men are in CEO positions, and management positions, but this is a few men and not more than 10% of the male work force. Most men and women are equal when doing the same job.

Where do you work? Every where I have worked they get equal pay. They actually get better since they hollar they can not do something and someone else ends up having to. Nothing against equal work for equal pay if it really is that way. I have worked with some that can. But if you can not then don't yell descrimination.
