whats the easiest way to take pin stripe off of cars?

is there something that you can spray on it to loosen and soften it up to make it easier to remove without sanding?

Get a heat gun at any fine Hardware, Home Improvement or Auto store near you.

A heat gun. Solvents won't penetrate pinstriping.
