Depends on what kind of medication you're taking. Birth Control pills and the like can't give you a false positive. If you take drugs containing the pregnancy hormone HCG though, and some fertility drugs do contain it, then it can yield a false positive on your test.

No. The test looks for the HCG hormone which is a pregnancy hormone.

Basically only infertility treatments. But if you were on one of these drugs you would have been told by your ob/gyn not to take a test.

No u have a pregnancy hormone that is let off when pregnant. medication will not interfer with that hormone.
