I had asked a question a few months back about getting fired from my job because I lost my child. Well come to find out my work was telling people I lost my son from doing coke. I work another job which is federal, and requires extensive drug test, at random times. I have never done it, and never would. It pisses me off royally to know this job I was at for 4 years of my life would stoop that low. Is there anything I can do against this slander? My friend said a lawsuit, but I doubt thats good for anything.. Any help? Should I talk to a lawyer? thanks

You are the best judge in this situation. If you have strong reasons and you are pretty sure that you have a winning edge then you should contact an attorney in your area for the lawsuit. But, if you go to court against your employers and could not prove your case then you may have to suffer from both sides, the court and the employer.
