I tried Spybot Search & Destroy and Adaware already...

I also tried to remove it using Add/Remove Programs but it was still there after reboot.

You need to go to your control panel and remove it there: Just use add/remove programs.

Go to Control Panel and click Add/Remove Programs. Once that is loaded look for MyWebSearch on the list and click remove/uninstall. It will tell you to reboot normally and after you do make sure you go to X:\program Files\ to delete the foler it left behind. It should be gone after that.

Not sure what Browser you using ,but you should be able to click the view tab at the top left corner, select toolbars, and click the one you wish to remove.
