start by converting the 2 hours he took to seconds. 2*60*60=7200 seconds in 2 hrs

now you want m/s, so divide m by s

29752/7200~=4.13

now thats your answer to a. For b, find the amount he accelerated (delta velocity) by subtracting starting velocity from ending velocity

4.13-3=1.13

now you need that in meters per second per seconds, or m/s^2 so take the meters per second and divide by the number of seconds so you've got 1.13/30

First you have to convert hours into seconds. 120 min in two hours, times 60 seconds in a minute (7200 seconds) and divide that into 29752 meters to get part a.

I'm not sure about part b....sorry.
