First of all, she can't just drop it now because a minor is involved and the state has to follow through and investigate. If it's proven the charges are really false then he should countersue her for libel and defammation of character because there will be people who will always believe he's a child molestor just because they heard something or read the charges in the newspaper.
I would also suggest he pursue custody of the children if he cares about and wants them. I mean, what kind of woman would say something like that if it isn't true? She deserves to be punished if she did something like that just to harrass him. People like that are a waste of taxpayer's money.

the child involved will surely have a say?? no-one can drop charges against someone without checking them out. character letters wont do any good if the child says he did hurt them.why does the mother of his child not want to come to court? sorry somethings not quite right here.
