I had the same problem and I had the perfect advice from a cousin. The best way to clean a laptop screen is to use a used bounce that is used in the dryer. The reason is because the open spots in the cloth collect the dirt and dust from the screen without scratching or harming the computer at all. Whatever you do, do not use a new bounce because it will leave strings all over your screen. I know this for a fact because I have a laptop and the only way I can get a clean screen is with a used bounce. Hope this helps!!

Take a dry soft cloth, and apply a Screen clearner to the cloth. Wipe the screen until satisfied. DO NOT USE WINDOW CLEANER!!! Below is a link to what you need from Best Buy.

it will be $15 at perfect purchase, yet you get what you pay for. Monster* exhibit purifier comes with a microfiber fabric and is by technique of a few distance the perfect issue i have ever used. I noticeably propose it. it is also a gel-like fluid, yet would not go away a residue. You in no way could agonize about it operating down into the gadget. The above recommendations sound large, yet save in ideas - going hostile to manufacture advice voids a guaranty. in the journey that they see that a video exhibit became ruined by technique of creating use of something that wasn't made for it - you're out all that funds. wish that helped!

A soft cloth slightly moist with water. Very well squeezed out should be fine. Dont use a window cleaner, it'll damage it. Unless you fancy spending money on a proper screen wash, use water.

Don't use Windex, it has ammonia in it which may damage the screen. Also, clean it with a micro fiber cloth instead of a paper towel, which may etch the screen.

I use http://www.pixelclean.com

This works great.

Do not use windex or any window cleaner.
Often, a cloth dampened with water will work fine.
