Judging from the answers so far, you are all incredibly ignorant about transgendered people. Anyways Ciara is NOT a transexual, she isnt even a hermaphrodite. Those are just dumb rumors that originated when someone confused the singer Ciara with an Irish transexual performer who happens to have the same name. Google is your friend people!!
