A pregnancy will naturally terminate through birth.

So is the abortion of a healthy unborn life, the termination of its life, its heart beat, in reality the cult ritual of human sacrifice disguised as a 'right' ?

Seems to me that with the billions of dollars we spend on war, we have enough money to fund children...?

Seems we spend more money on supporting disease, like Aids than we do on supporting life...?

Seems to me that we do have a cult that is only concerned on 'self' as some have said.

" A women's right over her body ?" is that not a body within a body that also belongs to the father ? (father of God as well)

Some could argue the same thing about executions. The prisoner is granted a last meal, the chaplain attends to him in the final hours, witnesses gather, the prisoner makes a last statement... Pretty ritualistic.

Do we have the right to execute people?

Thou Shalt Not Kill (1)

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay," saith the Lord.(2)

For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.(3)

By executing someone, it is saying that God's judgement is not enough for the person we execute. It's not justice, it's vengeance.

If you want to make a statement, publicly showing your disagreement with abortion, I don't think your non-sense question is the smartest way (hey! I am not an abortion fan neither!).
As far as I understand the meaning of the words cult, ritual and sacrifice, I think the answer to your questions is a plain NO.
Cult is more associated with a religious meaning, not only "a group of people's believing" (the Latin root means adoration).
Ritual... well, if you consider abortion a ritual of human sacrifice, it would be the same as considering any surgery as a ritual of human modification, too?
Sacrifice means offering or giving something "to make sacred", as an act of adoration... so I don't think women who kill the unborn child (either they choose it or not) can be called sacrifice.

The only thing cultish about abortion is the protesters outside the clinic. No one has an abortion as a right of passage, for fun, or any other such nonsense.

However, I'm the exception. There's no pro-abortion movement, but I'm starting one. I say: if you've messed up and you have a newborn holding you down, get rid of the thing. It doesn't know its own name; if you sacrifice it to the adoption system, you also condemn them to a wasted life. I don't want to take care of your screw up. Anyone who wants an abortion should not have to pay for the procedure, period. Ontop of this, if you wish to commit infanticide up to the age of 2, there should be no penalty.

Precognitive sacks of fat are not human.

It is not a ritual in a cult.
Abortions are done in a medical clinic or hospital.
yes its a womans choice but the reasons can be anything even health issues.

And the comment on heart beat.. Well most abortions are done in the early stages where they are just cells multiplying not even a fetus with a heart beat.

I believe Its a woman's right.

im not sure this is a serious question.
that being said, i dont believe so. I would think a 'cult ritual of human sacrifice' is only that if its performed by someone who recognizes being in a cult and who wished to make a sacrifice for a certain gain of their community. I dont see the majority of abortions falling into that category, but im sure you could dredge up one or two.

i'd say no, although i am sure there have been abortions performed as parts of rituals somewhere.

abortion is the ending of a life that for whatever reason isn't wanted by the people responsible for taking care of that life. it is as legitimate an option as having and caring for the baby, as legitimate an option as placing the baby with adoptive parents. however, it is a much more debated option. i guess we all know which side you're on, don't we?

You are crazy. Fighting disease is supporting life because it preserves life. On the other hand a collection of cells has zero sentience, and therefore, is not a sentient being that can have rights. Conservatism is a cult that denigrates the very concept of rights and other individuals being able to non-forcefully assert their self. And I doubt you have ever adopted a baby, therefore you reject it just like the mother.

You might have a case for it being a cult ritual if you could find a common thread among all people who have had abortions, such as they all worship the same god or something like that. But they all do it for different reasons, so nope, it's not a cult ritual.

in the absence of evidence tying all cases of abortion to cults one must say your statement is obviously false. what evidence do you have that abortions are the result of mysterious cult-like activity? moreover, it's obviously not a 'human sacrifice' as human sacrifices have all sorts of religious and ritualistic implications whereas all that is required for someone to have an abortion is a desire to not have the kid, without any belief whatever in archaic human sacrifice norms.

your statement is so obviously false that it cannot be taken seriously in its own right, you obviously have an ulterior motive which means any further communication from you ought be treated with great skepticism.

No. It is a medical procedure that is done by necessity or at the request of a pregnant woman who has decided not to carry the pregnancy to term.

Actually, it is less of a cult ritual than the ritualistic cannibalism practiced by some current religions.
