Why are they making the Rocky Balboa videogame for only the PSP?

What about Playstation 2, 3 and XBox 360 versions?

It simple. To encourage people buying PSP's. Hardcore video-games fanatic junkies wouldn't resist. And I think that all the rights of selling this game were bought by Playstation. These are all signigicant steps in making the big bucks ;)
