for new www.dealnews.com (check for about a week so you can see what types of deals come up, then if you see the system you want get it)

you mean like a store or do you mean online?
if at the store, probably Fry's or Best Buys. I got a decent computer (enough for gaming anyway) for about 700 at Best Buy. Fry's would have been cheaper no doubt but I don't have one close by...
