People can be so rude and mean. Why don't they just go vent their anger and bitterness somewhere else? but don't make other people have to suffer.

It's like a phone call, nobody can see them, so they feel that they can get away with it and not see who they're really hurting.
It's not right...

The anonymity; they can vent their frustrations and not be responsible.
Sometimes, the 'rude' answers are so funny that I laugh out loud.
Take it all with a grain of salt - or sugar if that helps!
We are all just people, some dumb, some smart, some misfits, some sad, some in pain, some frustrated comedians, some ....well, you know.

Quite simply, it's the result of bordom.
Too many people are bored with their lives, and sadly enough the only real spark of interest left is to provoke little avatars in online forums and message boards.
I suppose it give some a thrill of "Gee I wonder if I have a reply yet!!!!!". And pathetically enough, that becomes the highlight of their day.

don't assume that people are angry or bitter, some people may just be being direct and honest. it is possible that we misinterpret the tone of people's writing. also, because this site is anoymous and you don't have to let people email you then some people may feel that they can be cruel to others but these people are probably mean in real life as well and therefore unhappy. don't take people's comments too much to heart.

Yes i know what you mean they cant be unbelievably mean cant they?
I think its an easy way to vent frustrations, but sometimes i cant believe how bitter people get about some subjects!!!!

some times it sounds like we are being rude but we are not. And sometimes the truth hurts, If I was worried about how people on here would make me feel. I WOULD NOT SAY ANYTHING, I would keep my personal life to my self.

I c what ur talking about-Well..they CAN b mean & rude b/c when they write a mean answer, they know that u couldn't get back at them, or b mean BACK 2 them. Do u c what I'm saying? Hope this helps :)

They like the elation it gives them. Don't take it serious. I must admit i have been a bit rude to people with dumb questions. I feel bad for it later, but at the time i am just like "are you dumb or what!!"

Don't show that its getting to you. Thats just giving them what they want. They are just having a bad day and wants you to feel the same way.Don't pay any atttention. And if you want to, you could report them.
