Well, I think you should study marine setups at zoos and see what they have. I would love to see a pool sized aquarium (I'm sure thay exist somewhere). Imagine all the fish you could put in there. You should also have other ocean life, like seals, dolphins, sharks, killer whales (I don't think I've ever seen any other kind of whale in captivity), etc.

Let's just say care takers should be first. That is to say after all the housing, plants etc. have been in place. If you are starting a "sea world" fish would be a heck of an idea to start off with. Then you can move to perhaps dolphins, whales, penguins, etc.

First you need about 100,000,000,000,000... $ plus the fish which would be about a quarter to 100,000,000... so If I were you I might start saving up my money! Then not to mention ads, designing, etc. Start with a small fish store instead of that big thing! Oh yeah back to the question ummmmm ..........gld fish and koi... start small
