Movie i downloaded has a different language speaking over the english.?

It also came downloaded with a .smi file, which i deleted beleiving that was the problem, but it was not. Is there any way to get rid of the language that is over the enlish? I can still hear the english and the diff language sound like only one person talking the whole time. Help? Anyway to increase the english sound and decrease the other language? Thanks.

Depends how you downloaded it and where from. I doubt that you can though.
