To learn about Batch files, get and read about them in any DOS manual level 3.1 or above. You are in for a ride through a world we old timers took a long time ago. The fun and mistakes and paying the price of making those mistakes. Ah-hh those were the days.
Today, Windows will stop you from making some of those mistakes. Before, DOS was the OS and Windows the envirnoment. Today, Windows is the OS and DOS is the environment. You need to understand about why that is important before jumping up to programming a virus. (I don't suggest you do that)

A batch program is an ordinary ASCII .txt file but with the extension of .BAT
As for virii; virii are scumware. Why would you want to be associated with scum?
