Whenever she can put it on right, and not have too much on. The right colors, and stuff. Thats what my mother did with me.

well i was 13 but i was only allowed to wear eye liner and some lipy and aa i got older i could put full make up and i dyed my hair at 14 and ever since it depens on how grown up she is let have alittle with ur rules of course when she can wear it and so on

We let our daughter start wearing it when she was 13.

My momma let me wear make up at about 11 years old butt i dont have daughters butt i dont cake it on i put it on to where its purdy butt looks natural
