Yep, exactly a year to the day before I found out I was pregnant with my son (now 2 months old) !
I had morning sickness and water retention and fat, nasty swollen ankles.

U mean Pseudocyesis ?
Well.. it is impossible for me... u see... Lol
But for ur information, in a phantom pregnancy all the usual symptoms and minor discomforts of early pregnancy such as absence of periods, breast enlargement, nausea and vomiting, weight gain and abdominal distension may occur among the victims. Severe underlying emotional distress and turmoil are the root causes of such pregnancies.

No, but I have had many dreams over the years of being in various stages of pregnancy...my first one was at age 12 and seemed so real I woke up freaking out wondering how to tell my mother I was pregnant!! (Sheesh...I hadn't even had sex yet at age 12! lol)

No--they are rare, at least last time I did research.
It's a psychological problem more than a physical problem. It happens mainly in animals.
